All Sponsorships 

• All sponsors must meet the level under their commitment in sponsorships before they are recognized (unless the donation is 100% livestock or plants)

• Social media shout outs and recognition on the website (if by 09/01/26)

• Recognition in the convention program (if by 08/01/26)

Medal Level Sponsors (Some or all of the below, depending on medal level - see specific details on each medals' product pages below): 

• Logo displayed on website's Sponsors page (with a brief description about their business), social media, event program, and event banner

• Up to 2 free or discounted VIP registrations

• Up to 1 free or discounted 10'x10' Vendor Space

• Priority Vendor Placement if getting a vendor space

• Business name placement on shirts (if before 08/01/26)

Event / Space Sponsors

• Name displayed in sponsored area at the event

Speaker Sponsors

• Name displayed during speaker presentations​

Show Class / Award Sponsors

• Recognition at the Awards Ceremony

Please Note:

• Email a high quality version of your logo to info@KeystoneClash.com so that we have the best version for all of our advertising.

• The sooner in the year the donation is submitted, the sooner advertising will be initiated. Perks that involve being printed ahead of the event (t-shirts, banners, programs, etc) may not be received if the donation is submitted after stated deadlines.  (08/01/2026)

• We will do our best to follow up with you to gather any missing information, but will not assume responsibility if emails are not returned. 

• Nonreceipt of promised product donation may result in billing for any perks that were initiated with your pledged donation.
