The sooner in the year the donation is submitted and received, the sooner advertising will be initiated. Perks that involve being printed ahead of the event (name on back of 2025 Clash T-shirts, banners, programs, etc) may not be added if the donation is submitted after stated deadlines.  (8/1/2025)
Product donation value will be calculated by the retail value of the items. Please contact Sponsor@KeystoneClash.com to give details on the quantities and value of the items that will be donated and expected ship date. Please make it clear if there will be any live goods donated, as these require special shipping and timing considerations beyond what is listed here. 
First-time sponsors are subject to wait until donation is received before advertising is first initiated and before discount perks are received, this will reset after 2 years of inactivity or after any nonreceipt of promised product donation. 
Nonreceipt of promised product donation may result in billing for any perks that were initiated with your pledged donation. 
We will do our best to follow up with you to gather any missing information, but will not assume responsibility if emails are not returned.
