The vendor room will be open to the public:

Friday September 25th from 11AM-7PM

Saturday September 26th from 9AM-6PM

The vendor room will be open to vendors only for setup and break down:

Thursday: 4pm-9pm

Friday: 8am-11am & 7pm-10pm

Saturday: 8am-9am & 6pm-10pm

Sunday: 8am-10am

Non-Profit Table

Includes:

One 6' Table (Cannot add additional)
One Chair (Cannot add additional)
Listed as a vendor on the website, in the convention program, and in other digital and printed media. (If purchased before 08/01/2026)

NOTE: Non-Profit tables do NOT include registration of any kind.

Must provide your up-to-date and valid non-profit tax ID number

What can attendees expect to see at your booth:

Staffer Names: Please list all other staff members’ names who will only need access to the vendor room so that we may make badges for them. (2 add-ons per non-profit max)

Do you need electricity for livestock at your booth? (Recommended to bring your own extension cord/surge protector)
